Welcome to the Virtual Public Open House for the I-40 at Council Rd Interchange improvements in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma. This project is part of the Oklahoma Department of Transportation's (ODOT) ongoing efforts to improve mobility and safety along the I-40 corridor. This website provides an overview of the preferred options selected for the interchange improvements and offers an opportunity for the public to review project information and provide feedback.
Public Open House
The purpose of the public open house is to present the preferred option for the I-40 at Council Road Interchange improvement project and provide stakeholders and the public with an opportunity to review the proposed improvements and submit comments.
In-Person public Open House: October 20, 2026
An in-person public open house will be held on October 20, 2026, from 4:00 - 7:00 PM at 7725 Connect (Entry 2 - Auditorium), 7725 W. Reno Avenue in Oklahoma City. The same information that is on this website will be available at that meeting, and ODOT and Project Team staff will be available to answer questions. This will be a come and go meeting with no formal presentation. The deadline for comments is November 3, 2026. You may submit your comments on this website, at the in-person public meeting, by mail, or by email.
